Why do we process your data?

We process the data you provide to answer your enquiries, manage your reservation and stay, comply with the legal obligations of the hotel sector (including the registration of travellers with the competent authorities) and, if you authorise it, to send you communications about our services.

Legal basis

The legal basis is the performance of the accommodation contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) and, for commercial communications and analytical cookies, your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

How long do we keep it?

We keep the data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, afterwards, for the periods legally required to address any liabilities (for example, tax or before the police authorities). It is then securely deleted.

Who is it shared with?

We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation or where necessary to provide the service (e.g. the booking engine or payment gateway). No international transfers are made without adequate safeguards.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hotelonyarbi@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
